The AR 71-32 consolidates and updates the objectives, procedures, and responsibilities for development and documentation of Army force personnel and equipment requirements and authorizations. It includes information previously contained in ARs 71-2, 71-13, 71-31, 310-49, 310-49-1, and 570-2. It establishes the Force Management Bulletin Board as the official medium for publishing technical and other non-policy information previously contained in the superseded regulations.
